Tirimatik is a European software company from Germany. We build operational product software for logistics and industry — for companies where dispatch, sites, drivers, documents, proofs, warehouses and commercial control come together every day.

Our product ecosystem for this is TIRIOps: a modular platform for companies that want to keep their existing logic and make it software-ready step by step.

Why we built this

Warum wir das bauen

Tirimatik started from a simple ambition: to build operational software that is not only accessible to large corporations.

Tirimatik ist aus einem einfachen Anspruch entstanden: operative Software zu bauen, die nicht nur für große Konzerne erreichbar ist.

Many mid-sized forwarding companies, fleets, warehouses and industrial businesses still work with grown systems, emails, spreadsheets and individual tools. They function — but often only because experienced people hold a lot of knowledge and rework together every day. We wanted to build a software layer that understands this reality, instead of adding another isolated tool.

Viele mittelständische Speditionen, Fuhrparks, Lager- und Industriebetriebe arbeiten noch mit gewachsenen Systemen, E-Mails, Excel-Listen und einzelnen Tools. Sie funktionieren — aber oft nur, weil erfahrene Menschen jeden Tag viel Wissen und Nacharbeit zusammenhalten. Wir wollten eine Software-Schicht bauen, die diese Realität versteht, statt ein weiteres isoliertes Tool hinzuzufügen.

That is why Tirimatik builds operational product software that starts with one concrete workflow, creates value early and can grow together with the customer — affordable at the entry point, modular in structure and built for complex operations.

Tirimatik did not start from a presentation, but from many conversations with people who are responsible for operational processes every day.

Tirimatik ist nicht aus einer Präsentation entstanden, sondern aus vielen Gesprächen mit Menschen, die operative Abläufe täglich verantworten.

TIRIOps was built from real workflows and recurring questions: Why do documents arrive too late? Why doesn't a completed tour become billing-ready earlier? Why is information scattered across email, spreadsheets, phone calls, PDFs and separate systems? Why do pallets, demurrage, open items, claims and document risks often only become visible once they already cost money?

TIRIOps wurde aus realen Abläufen und wiederkehrenden Fragen entwickelt: Warum kommen Belege zu spät? Warum wird eine Tour nicht früher abrechnungsbereit? Warum liegen Informationen über E-Mail, Excel, Telefon, PDFs und Einzelsysteme verteilt? Warum werden Paletten, Standgeld, OPOS, Claims und Dokumentenrisiken häufig erst sichtbar, wenn sie bereits Geld kosten?

These workflows did not produce a single tool, but a product ecosystem that connects operational and commercial processes.

Aus diesen Abläufen entstand kein einzelnes Tool, sondern ein Produktökosystem, das operative und kaufmännische Vorgänge miteinander verbindet.

TIRIPlan runs transport orders, dispatch, resources and driver actions. TIRICore continues the same case with documents, billing, open items, payments, load carriers, claims and audit. Further TIRIOps areas extend this logic to sites, yard, warehouse and industrial processes.

TIRIPlan steuert Transportaufträge, Disposition, Ressourcen und Fahreraktionen. TIRICore führt denselben Vorgang mit Dokumenten, Abrechnung, OPOS, Zahlungen, Lademitteln, Claims und Audit weiter. Weitere TIRIOps-Bereiche erweitern diese Logik auf Standorte, Yard, Warehouse und industrielle Abläufe.

Tirimatik is not built to replace grown companies. Tirimatik is built to make their logic more visible, more structured and software-ready.

Vincent Engel is responsible for company building, market positioning and the commercial development of Tirimatik. Maria Fe Fischer is responsible for platform architecture, technical product development and implementation.

The operational product logic of TIRIOps forms its own core within the company: developed from years of practice in forwarding, warehouse logistics and fleet operations, and translated into clear data structures and workflows.

Her focus is on 0→1 product building, API-first architecture, AI/OCR workflows and privacy-first systems. She translates operational processes into clear data structures, stable workflows and scalable product software.

Automation is used where it reduces work and increases reliability — not as a show effect.
